How might one of the largest and longest-running care providers empower their next generation of leaders to tackle the complex challenges of tomorrow, today?

We responded with a proposal for a series of sprints that would introduce leaders to the power of human-centered, data-driven design.

Its origins date back to the 60s. Simply put: This type of strategic design is a creative and rigorous approach to problem-solving that integrates the needs of different stakeholders with the possibilities of technology and the goals of a business.

We take a transdisciplinary approach to the process—one that blends science, data, systems thinking, and productive play to encourage not only the creation of new ideas but also the development of new tools and tactics that enable teams to more effectively understand and tackle complex problems.

Our client was intrigued.
